Every deal checked against your own guidelines, before it reaches your investment committee
Shown on a published sample memorandum. No client deal appears in either video.
The work today
Each acquisition memorandum runs eighty to a hundred pages. Someone senior reads it, pulls out the figures, types them into the valuation model and checks the deal against the family's guidelines. One to two days go by before anyone can judge the deal itself.
What the agent does
It puts the same questions to every memorandum and tests each answer against your guidelines, one criterion at a time. Every answer opens on the page it came from. It then writes the figures into your own Excel model, where the arithmetic stays.
What you hold
A screening summary for each deal, your model with its inputs filled and sourced, and a draft non-binding offer for the deals worth pursuing. Your team reviews and decides. The investment judgment stays with the family.
